ChopArt accepts all major credit cards.

Shipping

The item should arrive within 10-15 business days from when the order is placed and full payment received.

Based in Sydney, ChopArt posts Australia wide.

We can offer express postage, which can have the item arrive in 5-10 business days

To add Express Delivery to your cart, please go to Other Bits & Bobs and choose according to the number of items in your cart. This will add the difference on top of the default standard shipping that applies at checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges

Given the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges and refunds for simple change of mind. If you would like to check the design before we engrave, please email us quoting your order number, but it may add 1-2 days to your shipping time. We won’t engrave until we get your confirmation for the go-ahead. ChopArt cannot be held responsible for spelling errors as advised by the buyer.

If there is something faulty with the board, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with photos showing the damage, and we will happily discuss a refund or exchange on a case by case basis. We will endeavour to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
